焦(jiao)爐(lu)煙(yan)道氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)脫(tuo)硫(liu)脫(tuo)硝工(gong)藝主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)是為了降(jiang)低煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)氮氧化(hua)物(wu)、SO2及(ji)顆粒(li)物(wu)含(han)量,使(shi)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)排放達(da)到國家及(ji)地(di)方(fang)相關(guan)標(biao)準。焦(jiao)爐(lu)煙(yan)道氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)脫(tuo)硫(liu)脫(tuo)硝工(gong)藝主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)由煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)系統、脫(tuo)硫(liu)單元(yuan)、脫(tuo)硝單元(yuan)、風機機組、氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)分解(jie)單元(yuan)以及(ji)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)水(shui)站等組成。從焦(jiao)爐(lu)總(zong)煙(yan)道引出(chu)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)噴(pen)(pen)射(she)器(qi)(qi),氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)噴(pen)(pen)射(she)器(qi)(qi)對濃氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)水(shui)進行霧(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)并噴(pen)(pen)入煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)道內,混有NH3的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)脫(tuo)硫(liu)器(qi)(qi),并在(zai)脫(tuo)硫(liu)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)作用(yong)下與SO2進行反應生成硫(liu)酸銨,脫(tuo)硫(liu)后的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)管(guan)道送往脫(tuo)硝SCR反應器(qi)(qi)中。濃氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)水(shui)經過(guo)(guo)(guo)噴(pen)(pen)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)分布器(qi)(qi)霧(wu)(wu)(wu)化(hua)后輸送至SCR反應器(qi)(qi)。煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)NOx在(zai)脫(tuo)硝催(cui)(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)作用(yong)下,與氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)發生反應生成N2和H2O。凈(jing)化(hua)后的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)送往廠(chang)區原有余熱鍋爐(lu)單元(yuan)。為保證排放煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)含(han)量達(da)到排放標(biao)準及(ji)規范,在(zai)余熱鍋爐(lu)單元(yuan)后設置氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)分解(jie)器(qi)(qi),內部(bu)填加氨(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)分解(jie)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)劑(ji)(ji),將過(guo)(guo)(guo)量的(de)(de)NH3分解(jie)為N2和H2O,凈(jing)化(hua)后的(de)(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)經煙(yan)囪排放。
